Your statements stay on your device

The free preview on this website converts PDF statements entirely inside your web browser. The PDF, its contents, any password you type to open it, and the converted transactions are never sent to us or anyone else. The page's security policy blocks it from sending data to any other website, and the converter keeps working with the internet switched off.

The BankRows desktop app goes further: it blocks all network connections, so it cannot send anything anywhere.

What does reach our server

• Messages you send us. If you use the contact / report form or ask to be notified, we store what you typed, plus the country your request came from, for up to 12 months to reply and improve support.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the website.

No tracking

No advertising trackers, no third-party scripts, no cookies, no user IDs. To see whether the website works, we keep anonymous daily totals of a few events — page views, whether a conversion succeeded, which export format was chosen, button clicks — counted by country and referring website. These counts never include anything from your statement. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count you at all. The desktop app counts nothing.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Gumroad or the Microsoft Store, which process your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive the purchase email address from the seller so we can support you.
