The product

BankRows converts PDF bank and card statements into spreadsheet and accounting files. The free preview on this website converts and previews any statement and lets you download a limited number of rows. BankRows for Windows, a native desktop app, is a one-time purchase with no limits.

Your license

One purchase covers one person, or one seat in a business, on all of that person's own computers. Please don't share the download publicly. Updates to the app are included.

Refunds

If BankRows doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by replying to your Gumroad receipt — no questions asked. Microsoft Store purchases are refunded under the Microsoft Store's refund policy.

Check your results

BankRows checks rows against the running balance where a statement prints one, and highlights rows that don't add up. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before relying on it for accounting, tax or legal purposes. BankRows is not financial, tax or accounting advice.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BankRows.

Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad or the Microsoft Store, which act as the seller of record and handle applicable sales tax/VAT.
